Bias Teknoart Kreasindo Office is a workplace designed by the studio for its own team, making the project a direct reflection of the way they approach architecture, interior design, and everyday working environments. The office combines an open industrial character with a restrained material palette of light wood, exposed concrete, white-painted steel, glass, and visible building services. Rather than concealing the structure of the space, many of its architectural and technical elements are intentionally left visible, becoming part of the overall visual language.

A multi-level layout creates different layers of activity within the office. Open workstations, meeting areas, circulation paths, and mezzanine spaces remain visually connected, encouraging interaction while giving the interior a strong sense of depth and spatial continuity. Large openings and extensive glazing bring generous natural light into the workspace, softening the industrial elements and creating a bright, comfortable working atmosphere.

One of the defining features is the relationship between the white steel structure and warmer timber surfaces. The staircase, perforated metal elements, exposed ceiling systems, and concrete flooring establish a technical and functional character, while timber cabinetry and wall treatments introduce warmth and balance. For the photography, our approach was to communicate both the architecture and the life of the workplace. Wide compositions document the scale, levels, circulation, and relationship between different working zones, while overhead and human-centered frames introduce a sense of movement and everyday activity.
